The deepest kind of suffering is the kind we experience alone. I believe that healing and growth begin with the simple act of sharing, even when it feels scary or uncertain. However, when we do share, we make room for peace, connection, and hope of a different reality. By reading this, you’ve already taken the first brave step toward change, and I’m glad you’re here.

I take an open-handed, collaborative approach to therapy, tailoring our work to your goals while empowering you to become the healthiest version of yourself.  As a systemically trained therapist intern, I believe that healing can begin when we take a look at our relationships, whether that looks like parent-child, sibling, husband-wife, friend to friend, or anywhere in between. However, if individual therapy feels like it will be most important to you, I value the space and welcome the opportunity to support you in your growth.

I consider it a great honor to walk alongside you as you share a glimpse of your life, the good, the hurt, and everything in between. My goal is to provide you with a space where you feel safe to show up just as you are and feel supported from the very beginning. I believe that the start of fruitful conversations is when the therapist and client click, so if you feel like we would be a good fit, feel free to reach out to me. I look forward to meeting you.
