I take an open-handed, collaborative approach to therapy, tailoring our work to your goals while empowering you to become the healthiest version of yourself. As a systemically trained therapist intern, I believe that healing can begin when we take a look at our relationships, whether that looks like parent-child, sibling, husband-wife, friend to friend, or anywhere in between. However, if individual therapy feels like it will be most important to you, I value the space and welcome the opportunity to support you in your growth. I consider it a great honor to walk alongside you as you share a glimpse of your life, the good, the hurt, and everything in between. My goal is to provide you with a space where you feel safe to show up just as you are and feel supported from the very beginning.
