Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist

Working with couples, young adults, and adolescents and their families through life’s unique challenges is a true privilege. I work systemically, which means I consider the lens of your unique surroundings- the relationships, environments, and daily pressures that shape who you are. This perspective is helpful for understanding where things are feeling stuck, whether that is a disconnect with the people around you or a struggle within yourself.
Before transitioning into marriage and family therapy, I earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing and spent years navigating a corporate environment. This background gives me a first-hand understanding of corporate burnout, the pressures working professionals face, and how to navigate a major career or life transition. Therapy should be a place where you can simply be your most authentic, vulnerable self. Grounded in trauma-informed care, my approach honors how your past experiences affect your present-day nervous system and relationships. I believe working collaboratively is the best way to process your experiences in order to learn how you want to move forward. Please feel free to contact me to learn more about the therapy process and an initial appointment!! I do not currently accept insurance, but I want to help you utilize your benefits.
