Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist
623-537-7233 ext. 3
I have experience facilitating therapy with individuals, couples, and families while utilizing a systems perspective. I am incredibly passionate about walking alongside clients through a variety of challenges, including marital and relational issues, parenting concerns, codependence, infidelity, and general well-being. All relationships experience times of distress or moments of disconnection and the ability to work through and repair these times is imperative.
With compassion, I work with each individual to help build strengths and attain the desired personal and familial growth. Healthy and effective communication, shame, patterns of attachment, self-worth, overwhelm, self-care, trauma, grief, boundaries, spirituality, anxiety, and depression are also themes that may be processed throughout individual or family therapy.
I also strongly believe in an approach that includes family participation when working with adolescents to enhance the process of achieving the goals developed.
