It is my life’s greatest joy to have the honor and privilege of walking with individuals, couples, and families through their own stories and life’s journeys. I believe that therapy can be a powerful tool for growth and connection at any stage of life and provides the opportunity to build a life into something that is graciously and joyfully experienced. My aim is to collaborate with you along the way, working toward your specific goals and helping to develop a greater understanding of yourself and the way you relate to others. I often work with issues such as depression, anxiety, grief and loss, autism spectrum disorders, men’s issues, relationship distress, ruptures in family relationships, attachment issues, emotional pain, and more.
Every human experiences pain and often the most courageous thing we can do in our lives is to ask for help. Within these painful chapters of our story, we often find an immensely powerful opportunity to understand ourselves and the ways that we respond. I work with people from many walks of life, backgrounds, cultures, and ethnicities to discover their own way of flourishing through hope and connectedness with the world around them. |
