I consider it a great honor to walk with people through the stage they are at in their life journey and hear their story. I am passionate about meeting people where they are at, whether it be individuals, families or couples, and tailoring therapy to help them heal, grow, and thrive. I believe that healing is possible at any stage or season of life. I am committed to creating a safe and supportive space to work through the distress that you are experiencing. I work with parenting and family dynamics, adoption, attachment issues, couples/relationship issues, anxiety, depression, identity & self-esteem, spirituality & faith, and more.
