Every person carries a story, and I offer a safe, compassionate space where that story can be heard, understood, and honored. My approach is rooted in meeting people exactly where they are—emotionally, relationally, and spiritually—and helping them explore the deeper narratives and beliefs that have shaped their lives. I tailor counseling to each client’s needs, creating an environment that fosters healing, growth, and the ability to thrive. I believe transformation is possible at any age and season of life.
